No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your address for next time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Payment

How can I pay?
UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.

Is GST charged?
No. Parmeshwar Stationery is not registered under GST because turnover is below the registration threshold. GST is not charged separately, no GST tax invoice is issued, and the price shown is the amount payable.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?
Free over ₹699, flat ₹49 below that, anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days to pack, then 3–7 business days with the courier — usually 4–9 business days in total.

Do you ship outside India?
No. India only.

Products

Are the pack counts exact?
Yes. The number in the title is the number in the pack. Where a set contains several different items, the listing lists them individually.

Do the pencils come sharpened?
It depends on the item, and each listing says so. Where pencils are pre-sharpened the title states it.

Can I order for a whole class or office?
Yes — most of our range is packed in bulk counts already. If you need a quantity larger than the listing shows, call and ask before ordering rather than placing several separate orders.

Do you sell branded goods?
We sell each item on its own merits and describe it by what it is — material, size, contents. We make no claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand.

Returns

What is the return window?
7 days from delivery, for unused items in original packing.

When do I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
